How long does delivery within Germany take?

The estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive the available shipping information.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €70 or more. For orders below €70, shipping costs €8.99.

Which payment methods can I use?

The payment methods currently available are displayed authoritatively at checkout. Before completing your order, you can see which options are enabled for your purchase.

Are the products offered original?

We offer UPENDS products with clear product, flavour and variant identification. If you have questions about an item or its authenticity, please contact us before purchasing.

What should I do if there is a problem with a product?

Please send us your order number, the product name and a short description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help us review it. We will reply with the next steps.
